~ These days

Allâh is the All Wise, the Most Gracious.

These days I try to focus on

the quietness of soul  {through rough storms}

inner calmness {with the help of prayer and meditation}

through embracing the beauty that surrounds us, to see through, to find and to explore, to cherish hope and to put strength out of faith.

Allâh is always with us.

So very near.

In and through His Light All is Grace and when you trust in Him, all things will become fine. A just and plain fine, filled with humble and deep gratitude.

Wishing you blessed {first} Spring days!

The Gift of Connection and Love

{Note: Picture from our trip to Morocco last Ramadhân, August/September 2011}

Life can be pretty rough sometimes.

Where ever you are in this world~       I hope that we will receive the gift of truly connecting with our inner selves and the ones we love and that God will speak directly to your heart in His loveable Manner.

So that whenever hardship befalls, our pain and tears will turn into sweet ones.

Reach inside your heart and you will find your truly King waiting for you!

He ís there!

Keep blossoming!

This beautiful Friday

The weather wasn’t very bad this morning, neither very well. {A note-> general speaking, because in essence all is well, whether it is raining, snowing and so forth!}

This morning we had the joy of meeting my husband in between work and household tasks and we spend some short, but lovely time together visiting the hairdresser, bakery, and Noten&Noten {Nuts&Nuts}.

But the nicest of all was our visit to a small shop with a lot of natural playthings for children, in which we found some delightful books! {I love books a little too much, I think, I’m often on the hunt for another book to add to our home, and another, and another……..}

Later that morning Jack came to visit us. That always means lots of happiness, joy, storybooks to be read with the children and blissful tea. We ate some of the delicious bread I had bought earlier this morning, together with {chocolate}honey and ginger jam.

We showed her almost everything we had sewed over the last few weeks {which were El Hamdoelillâh full of Jazzy Sewing} and we simply enjoyed being together after many weeks of not being able to meet.

Meanwhile  the weather had shifted a little; the sun was shining! Unfortunately we didn’t have the time to go outside with Jack for a walk, neither to make something creative.

As they drove away, I missed her dearly. We’re already looking forward to her next visit, InshaAllâh!

For dinner I intend to make grilled potatoes and eggplant. And in a moment we are heading to the library InshaAllâh!

Hopefully you’ve had also a wonderful Friday!

{At the beginning of each week I hope to share with you some inspiring photo’s from a dear friend of mine, named Jack. I will write a story behind her beautiful pictures, InshaAllâh, and name the post as above.

This is the first post- so enjoy!}

The house she lives in is a beautiful, light house surrounded by lots of nature and some other houses as well.

When you enter it, you can féél the quiet atmosphere. They have wooden floors downstairs. I totally love that aspect! Makes it all the more cozy. Having lunch on special table cloths, a steaming teapot with green biological tea ready for you.

The house is filled with love and care. People who love and care. A painting here, a handmade clock there.. true family bliss and treasures from all over the years of their being together… till all the way back when Jack was still a little girl with short hair and a lovely smile on her face. Eager to climb trees and play with dolls.

Now she sews and paints and writes. It’s hard to say which of the three she likes the most, but I know that sewing has a very, very special place in her heart, just as it has in mine. I love to share this with her, the love for sewing, making beautiful things out of fabric.

To create something and to find pleasure and contentment therein is indeed a great gift from our Creator.

We are created by Him and He allows us to explore creating non-living things in small and sometimes bigger ways, but always very, very small compared to Him.

He is the Ever Living, Supreme.

Through the path, the light of seeing beauty, feeling it… that is really, really a treasure. The life it gives, through His blessings, that makes you feel jumping up and down with great joy!

Cups filled with joy, overflowing with joy, step by step, small and humble beginnings, ready to blossom into pure and fresh goodness… like the coming of

Sunny {!} days and picnics and sand between toes and growing tomatoes and chocolate milk, with the ones we love..

All praise is for Allâh!

Thank You Allâh, for letting us grow and for protecting us.
